REFUND OR RETURN OF BOOKS
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your book for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR TOURS OR SEMINARS
Should you need to cancel your registration for a tour or seminar, notice of cancellation must be received 48 hours before the start of the event. You may receive either full credit for a future class or book purchase, or full refund less a $5 processing fee. If you cancel within 48 hours of a event, you will receive credit only.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR DESIGN COURSE
Should you need to cancel your enrollment in the course there will be a full refund if you cancel within 3 days of your registration. If more than 3 days have passed, you will receive a full refund less $50 if you cancel more than 1 week before the start of the first webinar for your course. After that date it will be a full refund less $150. The book will be yours to keep in any cancellation unless it is in the first 3 days. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course (due to insufficient enrollment or some other unforeseen circumstance) we will refund everyone’s payment in full. You keep the book - our gift.
